Our hand-built wheels are constructed with meticulous attention to detail. The spokes are fully extended by pushing machine, ensuring they will not be extended anymore after a few rides. This step is very important to make sure the wheels are always true.

The rims feature the WTB SX19 Disc Brake design in a 27.5" size, with 32 stainless steel spokes. The front hub is a Novatec D041SB-15, made of aluminum alloy with 32 holes, weighing 205g, and equipped with 2 sealed bearings. It uses a 15mm thru axle made of S45C material. The rear hub is a Novatec D162SB-SL-X12, also made of aluminum alloy with 32 holes, weighing 434g, and featuring 5 pawls and 2 sealed bearings. It accommodates a 12x142mm thru axle and is compatible with Shimano 8, 9, 10, and 11-speed cassettes.

The tires are Continental X-King MTB Folding Tires in a 29" x 2.2" size, weighing a total of 6200g/set (13.7 lbs).
